About Dr. Antonio Fierro
Dr. Antonio Fierro is the Vice President of Professional Learning and Academics at 95 Percent Group. With nearly two decades of experience in literacy education, Dr. Fierro has been a pivotal figure in advancing the understanding and teaching of reading. He was a member of the national Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling (LETRS) cohort led by Dr. Louisa Moats and has contributed to several literacy curricula for English learners.
Join us for the Maryland TESOL Spring Dinner on Friday, May 16th, 2025, at Liberatore’s in Timonium, MD. This special evening provides an opportunity to connect with fellow educators, celebrate the accomplishments of our community, and recognize outstanding individuals through awards such as the MD TESOL Teacher of the Year, Student of the Year, and various scholarships. In addition, we will announce the newly elected members of our board for the upcoming year. The Spring Dinner is a wonderful occasion to reflect on the impact of TESOL professionals in Maryland while enjoying a delicious meal and great company. We hope to see you there!
